Conditional freedom – I am supposedly Free – is the spatio temporal installation that examines one of the conspiracy theories. "The area code or prefix is a series of numbers that are selected when it is desired to establish a telephone connection between two points or two states” International dial-in number is allocated to the states according to specific criteria (location). Consequently, "state that occurs gets its international code in order to establish the sequence between the same" The work represents the former state of Yugoslavia with nine phones as a prediction of the situation that follows. After the disintegration of Yugoslavia, international telephone codes were allocated to emerging countries: +381- Serbia, +382-Montenegro, +383-?, +384-?, +385 - Croatia, +386- Slovenia, +387- Bosnia and Herzegovina +388- ?, +389- Macedonia. Sound symbols have become symbols of the state where three empty spaces have remained, which encourages us to conclude by ourselves what is the sequence of events that was "pre-planned" (Kosovo, Sandzak or Vojvodina???) The question is: "Why is it left to the free space between the phone number +381 to +385 Serbia and Croatia in 1992., And number +382 is assigned to Montenegro in 2007, and why is number +388 skipped?". By all odds, the appearance of the present territory where Yugoslavia is located was known. The paper discusses conditional freedom and conditional freedom is freedom under foreign rules and within the foreign policy of interests and ambitions, or non freedom. Technical realization consists of ready-made objects (phone), computers and sound card. The sound that was implemented represents operators who establish a conversation between the countries, so that each phone represents its country.
